HS Barbershop & Academy is an avant-garde barbershop in central Rijeka that respects the fundamentals of the craft and pushes the limits of creativity to create its own style.
Haris Čaušević
Haris Čaušević, better known as Haris Scissorhands, was raised and trained in Switzerland. There he learned the London geometric haircutting system along with Llongueras' creative cutting and colouring techniques, and honed his craft in renowned salons.
Back in Croatia he worked as an independent hairdresser in the former HD Vision Hair Design salon. He has been in hairdressing for twenty years, the last five exclusively in men's hair and barbering. He speaks Croatian, English and Italian.
A barbershop with an academy
Haris founded the barbershop-and-academy concept in 2025. Besides haircuts and shaves, HS runs training tailored to each level, from beginners to finished barbers who want to learn the little secrets of a master. See the workshops.
