Barber courses

Two hands-on workshops with Haris Čaušević, in the shop in Rijeka. Live models, three students at most, and a certificate at the end.

01 · hands on

Scissorhands Cut

A workshop in modern men's cuts and timeless geometric cutting techniques. It takes you through the most requested men's styles, built on geometric methods and contemporary looks.

The educator demonstrates each technique, then participants apply it on live models with his support, adapting it to the client's wishes.

For hairdressers who want to refine their cutting and keep up with modern men's hair. Basic hairdressing experience is recommended; the course adapts to each participant's level.

Bring

Scissors and combs, clippers, clips, styling brushes, a hair dryer and spray bottles. We provide the products (shampoos and styling); participants bring three models.

02 · hands on

Scissorhands Shave

Traditional beard shaving techniques with a relaxation treatment and expert guidance. Participants learn to groom long and short beards with clippers and scissors, using a straight razor on certain areas of the face.

The educator demonstrates on his model, then participants repeat the technique on their own models with the mentor's support.

For barbers who want to learn shaving and improve beard grooming. No prior experience needed, but passion and courage are.

Bring

Scissors and combs, razor and blades, a beard trimmer, clips, beard brushes, a shaving brush and soap. We provide the products; participants bring two models: one with a longer beard and one who wants a full shave.

The educator

Haris Čaušević

Haris Čaušević, #haris.scissorhands on social media, has worked in hairdressing for twenty years, the last five exclusively in men's hair and barbering.

He learned the craft abroad, working in renowned salons and through numerous courses and seminars. Back in Croatia he worked independently in the former HD Vision Hair Design salon, then opened Haris Scissorhands Barbershop. He speaks Croatian, English and Italian.

He wants to share his knowledge, skills and passion with fellow barbers and help the hairdressing community in Croatia grow.
